The front of the bus can be lowered to line up with most kerbs allowing easier and faster boarding through the wide entrance doors. In particular those people with... l shopping trolleys, l pushchairs.

Once inside the bus there is space allocated near the front with flip down seats where shopping trolleys and pushchairs can be positioned, keeping the gangway clear. Opposite is a luggage rack for smaller items.
