Information

The Medway Park & Ride service is operated by Nu-Venture on behalf of Medway Council. It operates every Saturday between 0900 and 1730 with a 10-12 minute frequency

Parking

The car park has ample parking and is FREE. There are security cameras installed in the car park, and there is a bus shelter at the bus stop.

 

The Journey

Once onboard the bus you can sit back and relax for the short journey to either Chatham or Rochester. The bus travels DIRECT NON STOP via Maidstone Road into Chatham Town Centre (Military Road) where the bus sets down and picks up. The bus then travels along Rochester High Street and stops to set down and pick up in the last bus stop in the High Street, before heading up Star Hill and City Way back to the car park at Horsted.

Approximate journey times, to Chatham 8 minutes, to Rochester 12 minutes.

Passengers can only board and alight at the appointed stops in Chatham Military Road, Rochester and at the Car Park, ensuring a quick journey to your destination.

Bus Travel is FREE

The use of this Park & Ride service is free.

A small team of regular drivers work on the Park & Ride service each week ensuring you the most efficient and friendly service possible.

Look out for our blue and white buses, clearly displaying Park & Ride on the front destination display.
