Any lost property that is found on board our buses and coaches is handed into our office at the end of the drivers duty. If you are unfortunate enough to loose any property on board one of our buses please telephone us as soon as you can on (01622) 882288, then if possible we will contact the driver via our 2-way radio system and reunite you with your property as soon as it is possible.

Any property found on our the Park & Ride service is kept at our head office in Aylesford.

Lost property can be collected from our Aylesford office during office opening hours or we can put the property back on the bus the following week with the driver for you to collect the next time you travel.
