Park & Ride

The Medway Park & Ride service is operated by Nu-Venture on behalf of Medway Council.
Park & Ride operates 0900 and 1730 on Saturdays about every 10-12 minutes.

Parking
The car park has ample parking and is FREE. There are security cameras installed in the car park, and there is a bus shelter at the bus stop.
The Journey
Once on board the bus you can sit back and relax for the short journey to either Chatham or Rochester. The bus travels DIRECT NON STOP via Maidstone Road into Chatham Town Centre (Military Road) where the bus sets down and picks up. The bus then travels along Rochester High Street and stops to set down and pick up at the last bus stop in the High Street, before heading up Star Hill and City Way back to the Park & Ride car park at Horsted.

Approximate journey times, to Chatham 8 minutes, to Rochester 12 minutes.
Passengers can only board and alight at the appointed stops in Chatham Military Road, Rochester and at the Park & Ride car park, ensuring a quick journey to your destination.

The Park & Ride service is free to those parking at the Park & Ride car park.

All Nu-Venture buses serving Chatham use the stop in Military Road opposite the Co-Op Bank. Routes in and around Chatham will alter in the coming months due to changes due to commence soon to the road layout.
