As part of our Kent Bus Driver training school we currently have slots available for those wishing to pay for their own training and using their newly acquired licence elsewhere.

We offer professional PSV Theory and Practical Training in a fully converted training bus. Personalised training and one-to-one guidance.

Driver Training (Bonded)

When vacancies permit we look for drivers to train to become part of our team. We have a limited number of slots each year for people to train to obtain their PCV licence and then work for us on a two year training bond.

Applicants for this position must be over 25, have at least 2 years of car driving experience, be able to pass a medical, and living in Kent within a 30 minute commute to our depot in Aylesford. Note own transport is essential for this post.

PCV Licence Holders (Full Time)

When vacancies arise we seek reliable and experienced full-time bus drivers to join our friendly team based in Aylesford Kent.

This position offers an 11-day fortnight working pattern, with two complete weekends off a month.

Benefit from working in a small family-run, supportive environment.

Applicants must be over 25 years old, and have at least 2 years of recent PCV driving experience preferably on local bus routes. and possess a valid Drivers CPC card.

Own transport is essential due to the location of our depot.

The interview will consist of a drug and alcohol test, interview and driving assessment with one of our training team. You should bring Driver Licence, Driver Qualification Card, Driver Card (if held), NI Number and Passport. If you do not bring your driver licence we will be unable to complete the interview process.

Bus Cleaners

At times we have vacancies for bus cleaners at our depot in Aylesford.

Do you have your own transport or means to get to or from Aylesford ? (Not using public transport as this is not suitable to get to our location),

Do you take pride in your work and pay attention to detail?

Our cleaning team work 4 hour shifts in the evenings usually from 1730, and anything between 1 and 5 shifts per week.
