Changes to buses 4/4A from 17/9/26

Nu-Venture took over buses 4 and 4A from previous operators at the start of the new school year, but severe delays have been experienced especially with the morning service due to prevailing traffic conditions especially at Pembury Crossroads and exacerbate by last week's road works in Tunbridge Wells Town Centre.
