Residents in Bearsted, Detling and Grove Green will continue to benefit from local bus connections with the introduction of Nu-Venture service 19 on and from Monday 26 October 2026.
Operating on Mondays to Fridays, the new service replaces the existing Detling Shopper, which operates for the final time on Friday 23 October 2026.
The existing timetable remains unchanged when service 19 launches. This arrangement will continue initially while passenger usage is monitored and assessed to help inform decisions about the service in the future. For now this enables local residents to continue making essential bus journeys with minimal disruption.
